Can ecoProCAL be used for projects other than those involving the eco scheme?

Yes, you can use ecoProCAL to calculate projects for schemes such as LAD, HUG, and SHDF. Each scheme chosen will include new messages and warnings that fit within the specified criteria. However, we suggest that if the majority of your projects are LAD, HUG, SHDF etc. then registering via Elnur Extra may be a more viable option for you as it has more benefits. You can research these from the Elnur Extra website.

What do I do if I put the wrong address under my company?

You can easily request for these to be changed via either Elnur Extra, or by emailing support@ecoprocal.co.uk for further assistance.

Q.

If I register via ecoProCAL, can I later convert to Elnur Extra?

A.

Yes, you can later convert to Elnur Extra's Installer's Club by emailing support@ecoprocal.co.uk and a member of our team will support you through the process. Similarly, if you accidentally sign up via the wrong method, simply email our support to help guide you through the steps on how to switch ecoProCALs.

Are there any support documents or additional training available for ecoProCAL?

You can get support documents via our 'Support Documents' page from within your ecoProCAL. For additional training, we offer a video that goes through each page within ecoProCAL and guides you through how to create your own projects. If you still feel you need more guidance, we also offer personal zoom calls with a member of our support team.
